Our company was established in 2001.   

Although we are existing for 8 years only, we can look back at 25 years of experiences in the rule-technology. 

We could collect a lot of our experiences in the paper- and plastic-industries. 

For a long time blownfilm-diameters are regulated with expensive callibration-baskets and with the help of tracerarms and pneumatic rule-units. 

 

This belonged to the past since 1989! 

 

On the K89  fair in Düsseldorf, the first touch-less rule-system for blownfilm-diameters was introduced! 

This system was sold world-wide.

 

2001, we made further development to the system. 

 

Each of a customer alteration-wish was taken by us into account so that we can offer a ready system here.

 

Now, we would like to invite you to look at our product spectrum. 

 

If you have problems with widths–fluctuations, or the foil called at the outside, evoked through the roles at the callibration-basket, then you are right here. 

No matter which diameter, foil-color or thickness the foil has, we can regulate it.

 

Our system works with solid installed ultrasound-sensors and will never touch the foil. 

Fortification on a callibration– or support -basket, or on a framework only is possible. 

The ultrasound-sensor must grasp only the frost-zone, so each alteration is immediately recognized and the foil-width can be held steady, or wanted format-alterations can be immediately executed. 

Our system works with sophisticated SPS-systems and sensors of leading manufacturers. This means that spare parts are world-wide available. 

Because the foil-width is measured with three, exactly 120 degrees moved ultrasound-sensors, all differences can be recognized and regulated. 

The values are represented by a display and changeable via a keyboard. 

The rule-exit is (0) 4 - 20 mA and / or +- 10 V and steers directly the fan in the in-air . 

 

Costly mechanical valves slipped.
